ShantaQ wanted a show that celebrates all the ups, downs, and messiness that comes with being a successful black woman in America with a large extended family. In this pilot, we went meta by having her announce her new show to her family who were completely unimpressed.

Comedy writing achievements include first-place finishes for my writing at The Actor's Project NYC, placing as a Finalist at the Harlem Comedy Festival, and writing for PIT TV Sketch comedy.
